Requirements include:
2-5 years experience supporting users in a Windows environment 2-5 years experience in computer networks and systems maintenance Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position Strong knowledge of Windows OS Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with hardware (servers, desktops, laptops, printers, etc.) and peripheral troubleshooting.
