An educational organization is looking for an experienced IT Support Technician with expertise and professionalism, to deliver premier level support to in-house operations at our Pompano Beach, FL / Coral Springs, FL location.
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for providing technical assistance to computer users. Answering questions or resolving computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically. May also provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborating within an educational environment & providing technical supportMaintenance, system analysis, troubleshooting, & on-site supportPC and network troubleshooting and repairCommon desktop application supportMaintain current inventory
Job Requirements Education and Experience:
High school diploma required Industry Certifications/Undergraduate Degree a plus3-5 years relevant work experience preferred
Required Abilities and Skills:
Understanding of Windows operating systems: Windows 7 & Windows 10
Networking:
LAN, WAN, WIRELESSNetwork Appliances:
Firewalls, Routers, Switches and Wireless Access PointsBasic understanding of Windows server environment
Common Desktop Productivity Applications:
MS Office, Office 365, &
Adobe Suite Additional Requirements:
