In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance for various applications and systems within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our applications run smoothly and efficiently, while also assisting end-users with any technical issues they may encounter. Responsibilities Perform discovery and analysis of homegrown applications to document functionality and integrations Create architecture diagrams to map application components and dependencies Identify and document integration points with other systems and services Modify applications as needed to support migration efforts Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless transitions Requirements Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques. Proficiency in Windows operating systems and familiarity with Windows Server environments. Experience with SCCM for application deployment and management is highly desirable. Ability to analyze technical issues effectively and provide clear solutions to end-users. Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP protocols, VPN configurations, firewalls, and Meraki devices. Previous experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
