Computer and Electronics Repair Technician Details:

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Experience repairing smartphones, PC/MACs, electronics, and game consoles. Proven leadership/supervisory experience. Proven success in achieving or surpassing sales goals. Success in training and developing new employees. Outstanding customer service skills. Excellent technical, problem solving and analytical skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Works well in a team environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays. High school diploma or GED. Proof that you are legally eligible to work in the United States. You MUST have exceptional organizational skills. Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficient in stock management, including inventory control and ordering processes. Organizational skills to maintain a clean and efficient store environment. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.

Requirements:

Proven leadership/supervisory experience Previous experience working at a retail electronics store. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks. Proficient in basic math calculations for handling cash transactions. Previous Sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

A+ certification. Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT). Technical degree or certification in Electronics or Consumer Electronics. Bilingual is a plus. All applicants may be subject to drug screening and/or background check.
