Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide daily on-site IT support for staff and agents Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues (PCs, monitors, printers, etc.) Assist with setting up new workstations and maintaining current setups Monitor network and systems performance; escalate issues as needed Support email, CRM, and browser-based software tools Communicate with external IT vendors when necessary What We’re Looking For Experience in IT support, help desk, or a related role Familiarity with Windows operating systems and common office tools Ability to troubleshoot common computer and connectivity problems Excellent communication and time management skills Self-starter who can work independently and prioritize tasks Bonus if You Have Previous experience supporting an insurance office or call center environment Knowledge of VOIP systems and basic network troubleshooting Why Join Us?
