Job Description
Senior IT Engineer Trust Technology Solutions Pembroke Pines, FL 33028 • Hybrid work
RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer Help Desk calls to screen and diagnose client inquiries and problems. Record calls and written requests through the Help Desk system. Service ticket documentation to include a clear written account of the issue, analysis, and resolution Troubleshoot issues related to software, hardware, networking related issues. Provide onsite support at client facilities. Desktop/Laptop setup and support (e.g. OS, hardware components, etc.) Server support (e.g. OS, hardware components, etc.) Backup technology management (e.g Acronis, NinjaBackup, Datto, etc.)
JOB QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS
Desktop/Laptop (Windows 10/11 etc.) Server (Windows 2019/2021/2025) with Strong Understanding of Azure AD/Entra/ HyperV WatchGuard Firewall and Security Appliance Setup/Design Network Topology Microsoft Exchange M365 Cloud Engineer specializing on Entra/Azure, Sharepoint/Onedrive, Exchange 365 and MS Teams Routers/Switches VPN/Firewall experience on products like Watchguard/SonicWall/Cisco Experience using a backup and recovery suite (Acronis, Datto, N-Able Cove) LAN/WAN experience with
TCP/IP, VLAN, IP
Routing, ACL’s, NAT Wireless and mobile device technologies Printers, and remote connectivity technologies Strong communication and documentation skills; detail-oriented
