We seek an experienced and hands-on Technical Supportprofessional to join our onsite team for a critical site migrationand infrastructure refresh initiative. This role is focused onproviding desktop/laptop support, application troubleshooting, andhardware maintenance for end-users at the client site. The idealcandidate must be a U.S. Citizen, technically strong,customer-focused, and comfortable working independently within afast-paced enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on break/fix support for desktops, laptops, mobiledevices, printers, and peripherals. Perform PC refresh and upgrade activities, including imaging,configuration capture, and user scheduling. Re-image devices, reinstall and configure applications, and restoreuser-specific settings and data. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows 10/11, MSOffice 365, MacOS, and Android platforms. Support and configure VOIP phones, networked printers, andperipheral devices. Use ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Remedy to manage incidents,service requests, and documentation. Provide onsite and remote support while ensuring ticket resolutionwithin SLA. Perform basic LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi troubleshooting, includingconnectivity, DNS, DHCP, and switch port issues. Manage Active Directory tasks, including user/group management,password resets, and group policy understanding. Assist with application software configuration and escalate issuesto L3 teams or vendors. Create and maintain SOPs, Knowledge Base articles, and otherdocumentation (KB/KEDB). Coordinate with hardware vendors for warranty support andreplacements. Support IT setup for onsite events, emergencies, and disasterrecovery drills. Apply ITIL best practices in incident and problem managementprocesses. Support all printers, support network configuration, driverinstallation, and vendor coordination for setup/repair of faultydevices, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to work independently and manage stakeholderrelationships. Previous experience in a site migration or PC refresh project ishighly preferred.
