Seeking Administrative Tech Support Specialist …We are looking for an individual with a rich interest in technical specialization with the ability to tackle problems in technical systems with skill and accuracy. This position requires knowledge in computer science, information systems or a related field working with computer programs. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving any inter-office technical issues about hardware or software on the computers. Your duties also include taking phone calls from customers, processing payments and communicating with staff team members through messaging platforms. Duties and Responsibilities Technical issues can affect our company’s daily operations and impede team production. Therefore, as and administrative and technical support person, duties and responsibilities may revolve around maximizing computer system capabilities and working within the following parameters: Implement and monitor daily IT operations and recovery procedures Execute dialer system, VOI phone systems and other network applications as well as implementation of programs and testing to ensure components meet needs and work together seamlessly Train employees on both software and hardware, troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, printers, etc. as needed Analyze staff needs, identify vulnerabilities, boost efficiency and accuracy at all times Skills and Qualifications Strong knowledge of software maintenance Software monitoring and performance modification as needed Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Work load balancing and ability to be resourceful If you are interested in immediate employment opportunity at our Orange Park location and would like to join our
