Position Summary:
Our Naples, FL client is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician professional. This is an in-person role offering white glove tech support to the principals and their family at the Naples residence.
Responsibilities:
Provide 24/7 white glove IT break fix support to the principals and their family Answer phone/text/email IT support requests from staff Implement best IT practices, while considering feedback from users Maintain a customer/business-focused mindset Understand the needs of the principals and how they relate to prioritization of tasks Manage vendors and vendor accounts for IT services in Florida Collaborate with the offsite
IT Team Qualifications:
A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the IT field Prior experience supporting an C-Suite executive or private principal is highly valued IT break-fix experience A customer service-oriented mindset Discretion, sound judgement, anticipatory to the needs of the team The ability to work on-call hours Multiple, verifiable references
Schedule:
Generally, Monday through Friday, business hours, with flexibility required for additional hours and some weekend work. To be successful in this role you should have a 24/7 support mindset.
Compensation:
$ 90,000 to $125,000 with an excellent benefits package that includes an annual discretionary bonus, medical insurance, PTO, paid holidays.
