Application Support Engineer Position Available In Duval, Florida

Description We are on the search for an adept Application Support Engineer for an engaging role based in Jacksonville, Florida. The chosen candidate will be working in a dynamic environment, providing Tier 1 support for SF and NetSuite issues. This role provides an opportunity for long-term contract employment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle low complexity modifications such as adding or deactivating users
• Provide solutions for login related issues
• Add item GL categories as required
• Manage the addition of licenses and troubleshoot function issues, primarily in Salesforce
• Offer support for desktop-related issues, acting as a point of contact for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support
• Balance the handling of issues between Salesforce (90%) and NetSuite (10%)
• Ensure the smooth operation of Cisco, Citrix, Cloud, and Dell technologies. Requirements
• Proficiency in Salesforce Environments is a must.
• Experience in Salesforce Configuration is required.
• Familiarity with NetSuite is essential.
• Strong Desktop Support skills are necessary.
• Knowledge in Desktop Imaging is needed.
