The position requires the individual to support customersremotely via phone support and Instant Message support. We rely onexperience with troubleshooting desktop applications, desktopoperating systems, phone programming, and general support ofapplications residing on a desktop or laptop hardware.
Job Requirements:
Experience with Windows Based Operating Systems(WIN
XP, WIN 7
). Experience with Microsoft Office Products.
Exposure to MacIntosh, UNIX or LINUX based operating systems.
Strong Customer Service skills, Strong Communication skills – bothwritten and verbal. Strong Desktop problem solving skills.
