Job Description
Description We are offering an employment opportunity for a Help Desk Technician in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, you will be providing critical support to our team by handling various technical issues. Your day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting hardware and software problems, maintaining network and system security, and managing our LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
- Monitor and maintain network and system security to ensure data integrity.
- Identify and address user needs to enhance overall system performance.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues across various hardware and software platforms.
- Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, and smartphones.
- Manage software deployment, security updates, and patches to ensure system stability.
- Provide support for Microsoft Windows 10 and other operating systems.
- Maintain detailed records of user issues and system updates. Requirements
- Proficiency in Desktop Support, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Demonstrated experience in Network Troubleshooting, capable of identifying and fixing network-related problems.
- Familiarity with Connectivity issues, ensuring seamless network connections for all users.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10, including installation, management, and troubleshooting.
