Scope of Work:

Issue:

Need a few technicians to work in a group to complete an AP swap (AP refresh at a BELK store)

Summary:

Technician to perform the below tasks in order to swap multiple APs and Switches per site. We will be working hand and hand with the project coordinator and Belk network engineers. Other duties may include;

• Troubleshoot Switches, Routers, Access Points, SDWANS, CCTV
• Printer Support
• Provide POS upgrades and Support
• Replace Verifone pin pads and credit card readers

Skills:

• Experience in IT infrastructure and networking installation
• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users and stakeholders.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues within the scope of the work order.
• Able to climb or use ladder for out of reach network equipment
• Need basic tools for troubleshooting ie.
