The ideal candidate has likely been told they are a master IT troubleshooter on several occasions in their IT career. They eat and breathe IT support, and are experienced with Mac-based environments. Day:
Manage devices and network for a creative agency: Present IT solutions to the leadership team Track and monitor IT projects Work on internal website management Research new solutions Maintain various office IT equipment Networking/Mac skills IT Support and Troubleshooting Be awesome to work with Take your job seriously, but not yourself Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in Mac IT support Graduate with a background in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics or the equivalent in training and certifications Experience with NAS Knowledge of Apple Business Essentials formerly Apple Business Management, Managed Apple ID, JAMF, Zoom, Slack, Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Suite for Mac is required Experience with printers in a creative agency preferred
