You will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, and maintaining our network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to employees on hardware, software, and network related issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches
• Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity and security
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement IT solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for system upgrades and improvements
• Maintain documentation of IT systems and procedures
• Provide training and support to employees on new software and systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in an IT support role
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems
• Experience with network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
