Position Overview:
As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for all technical support requests. You’ll ensure our team has the tools and support to work efficiently by promptly resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support for technical issues via chat, email, and video calls Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related problems Install and configure software and applications Maintain inventory of IT assets and tools Support onboarding/offboarding processes for new and exiting employees Document technical issues and solutions to build a knowledge base Why Join Us?
