As-needed, approx. 1-2 times per month About the Role We’re looking for a reliable, knowledgeable IT technician who can provide on-site support on an occasional basis. You’ll help with things like: General troubleshooting (hardware/software issues) Network setup and basic diagnostics Installing or updating software and devices Light tech consulting as needed Requirements Proven experience in IT support Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac environments Ability to diagnose and solve network and connectivity issues Strong communication and punctuality Must be local or willing to travel on-site occasionally Nice to Have Experience with small business environments Knowledge of Microsoft 365, printers, routers, etc. Principals only.
