Junior Engineering Technician / IT Cybersecurity Position Available In Duval, Florida

Junior Engineering Technician / IT Cybersecurity TPS Associates, Inc. 6201 Cargo Hold Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32221 TPS Associates, Inc., an Engineering and Technical Services company headquartered in Manchester, NJ, is looking for an entry-level Information Technology Specialist to join our team. The selected candidate will serve as both a System Administrator and Cybersecurity Professional in support of all Authorization to Operate (ATO) systems managed by the Aviation Maintenance Advancement Solutions (AMAS) program. The qualified candidate will work on-site at FRCSE Cecil Field, Jacksonville, Fl. This position requires a professional who can work successfully in a responsive driven customer environment and must demonstrate sufficient experience and/or education reflecting the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the duties effectively.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS/DUTIES

Configuring systems for security scanning Applying Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVA) and patching Performing regression testing Imaging hardware to ensure continued cybersecurity compliance Attention to

Detail:

Ability to analyze data from various sources, identify relevant details, and produce accurate, timely, and error-free documentation. Assess customer needs and provide or tailor technical solutions. Resolve non-routine issues and escalate complex concerns appropriately. Effectively articulate ideas, explain technical information clearly, and listen to ensure mutual understanding and avoid miscommunication.
