Technical Service Support Manager 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars Jacksonville, FL The Opportunity The Tech Service Support Manager oversees and manages the daily operations and troubleshooting of the Graphic Solutions KIWI Quote to Cash System, along with various continuous improvement activities. The primary goal is to support all areas of the Hub and Operations, ensuring accurate data collection and efficient, effective use of the KIWI Quote to Cash System to drive profitable operations that exceed customer expectations. This role actively participates in Continuous Improvement initiatives through the Six Sigma process and reports to the Senior Process Improvement Manager. How you will impact

Smurfit Westrock:

Troubleshooting KIWI System problems within ESP, PLN, MMM, QMS, RSS, ULT and MACOPs Work directly with IT during troubleshooting activities Ensure all KIWI changes or improvements have detailed training documents for KIWI Captains train the trainer program. Monitor system daily for accuracy – DRS, Orders, Invoicing, SCAC Codes, watchlists, etc. Feedback and coaching to plant teams as needed Develop, track and report progress to your direct report Identify system gaps and solutions to those gaps Identify improvement initiatives to drive overall system performance Support of plant system needs Support Corporate Initiatives Assist with Testing / Implementing all KIWI Revisions Month Closing verification of data Continuous Improvement using Six Sigma Tools as a Green or Black Belt Measure Plants’ KIWI performance and Quality service to better support our Operations Teams Color Measurement Software maintenance and training as needed 24/7 – On call as needed Travel as required What you need to succeed: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field 5+ years of experience working with ERP (e.g., Kiwi, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) Proven experience in data analysis, including data mining, data modelling, and statistical analysis Experience in business process improvement and system integration 10+ years corrugated or display manufacturing leadership a plus.
