Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot technical issues reported by merchants and sales reps and provide timely solutions. Assist merchants and sales reps with setting up new software and hardware products. Document all technical support interactions accurately for future reference. Collaborate with the team to identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions. Conduct regular training sessions to stay on top of emerging technology.

Qualifications:

2+ years of technical support experience, preferably in merchant services. Bilingual is preferred (Spanish). Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
