• Troubleshoot technical issues reported by merchants and sales reps and provide timely solutions.
• Assist merchants and sales reps with setting up new software and hardware products.
• Document all technical support interactions accurately for future reference.
• Collaborate with the team to identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions.
• Conduct regular training sessions to stay on top of emerging technology. Qualifications
• 2+ years of technical support experience, preferably in merchant services.
• Must be bi-lingual (Spanish).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• US Work Authorization.
