Jacksonville, FL 32206 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients and internal teams. You will assist with troubleshooting software and hardware issues, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a solid understanding of computer management, networking, and operating systems. Provide Level 2 (L2) technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software issues. Perform device imaging and re-imaging , ensuring proper application installation and configuration. Diagnose and resolve Windows OS, hardware, and enterprise application issues efficiently. Coordinate with third-party vendors for escalations, hardware replacements, and warranty-related support. Accurately document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in IT service management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in L2 IT support. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for hardware, software, and OS-related issues. Experience working in an enterprise IT environment .

Preferred certifications:

Comp

TIA A+, ITIL
