1. Proficiency in desktop support tools and techniques.
2. Strong problem-solving andmunication skills o Familiarity with PC, Laptop, and Thin Client devices
o Experience in document operating procedures and adept ticket notation ability
o Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing system
o Experience with Asset Management & Inventory Control
- Scanning, updating, tracking, collection, and overall management of NF assets to ensure accuracy and availability of equipment.
o Perform employee moves to include equipment tear-downs, installs, and cable management.
