Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Secret Cleared IT Specialist to support a federal client of ours onsite in Pensacola, FL. This role is on a 4-year program supporting both the Navy and Marine Corps, providing IT support to the local bases across the United States.
The day to day includes:
Tier 1 and 2 troubleshooting
Diagnosing computer and laptop issues
Printer and related hardware resets
User account support
Customer service
Working through trouble tickets
