Duties
- You will communicate project requirements to a wide range of individuals and organizations.
- You will drive compliance with life cycle and configuration management requirements to formally document and control the functional and physical characteristics of a system or network during its life cycle.
- You will assist in monitoring contracts to ensure proper interpretation and compliance by both contractor and government personnel.
- You will provide oversight for the work performed by approximately 40 contractors in the MSC Network Operations Center (MNOC).
- You will direct the development, implementation and operational support of an effective, integrated communications system.

Requirements Conditions of Employment
