Description:

This highly skilled administrative position is responsible for administering and maintaining software used to manage recreation programs, facilities, and memberships, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency. They also train staff on software use, provide technical support, and may be involved in developing new software solutions or improving existing ones.

Responsibilities:

Software Administration-Manage and maintain the recreation software system, ensuring its proper functioning and data integrity. Training-provide training to staff on the use of the software, including registration processes, point-of-sale systems, and other relevant functions. Technical Support-Offer technical support to staff and users, troubleshooting issues and providing assistance with software related questions. Data Management-Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data within the software, including membership information, program schedules, and facility reservations; Reporting and Analysis-generate reports and analyze data to track program participation, assess software performance, and identify areas for improvement. Policy and Procedure Development

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to software usage and data management. Software updates and Upgrades
  • Assist with the implementation of software and upgrades, ensuring compatibility and minimal disruptions to operations.

Collaboration-work with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the smooth integration of the software into the overall recreation system.
