Job Description
Apps Support Sr Analyst for Citibank, N.A. in Tampa, FL, to provide technl & bus. support for users of Citi Apps by providing quick resolutions to app issues & by driving stability, efficiency, & effectiveness improvements. Telecommuting/hybrid work sched may be permitted w/in commutable distance from worksite in accordance w/ Citi policies & protocols.
Reqs:
Bach, or foreign equiv, in IT, CS, Comp Engg, Sftwr Development, or rel field, & 5 yrs of exp in job offered or rel IT occupation providing production support & configuring app monitoring w/in the fincl srvcs industry. 5 yrs exp must incl: Using ITSM to define processes incl Change Excellence, Production Readiness, Service Risk Framework, & COB (Continuity of Bus.) to manage IT srvcs; Applying ITIL best practices & guidelines to define systematic approach & methodology to improve service mgmnt practices, maturity, & quality. 40 hrs./wk.
Sal range:
$122,250 – $130,978/yr.
