Responsibilities:

Triage and troubleshoot hardware and software issues reported by users. Provide support in setting up and installing business hardware and software for users. Manage the creation and termination of user accounts in IT systems. Ensure proper deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning of user workstations. Assist with administering and configuring the local area network and applicable hardware, such as firewalls, switches, APs, and other devices. Ensure proper operation of A/V equipment in office boardrooms. Provide technical support for various business applications such as Office 365, Zoho, JIRA, and other proprietary software. Address, update, and follow up on tickets submitted into the ticket system. Create and update documentation of IT assets, daily processes, and solutions to common IT issues. Ensure adherence to IT compliance policies and standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in a helpdesk, IT support role or similar Previous experience in customer service/support roles Experience working with Office 365 applications (Exchange, AzureAD, SharePoint Online, etc.) Experience using ticketing systems Knowledge of both Windows and MacOS Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to work within a team in a virtual or office environment Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving capabilities

Education:

Minimum of a high school diploma Additional college education or certifications in computer science or related fields are considered an asset.
