VPN Full Job Description CLIENT:
MSP local to south Tampa
LOCATION
Must reside in south Tampa vicinity since local travel to client sites is required
JOB TITLE
IT Support Technician PAY:
$42K•$45K with benefits
SHIFT:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of IT support experience including Microsoft
O365 JOB DESCRIPTION
Remote•IT support including, but not limited to, Microsoft O365 support (user accounts, password resets, etc) and other remote fixes via VPN/chat/phone. Local travel to client sites for new user setups, etc. Attend trainings and networking events (during business hours)
