• 5PM ET Job description: Coordinate and manage the shipping and logistics of computer refreshes for remote users, ensuring timely delivery and setup.

Oversee task management for remote user computer refreshes, ensuring all steps are completed efficiently and according to schedule. Provide onsite support for local user refreshes, assisting with setup, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth transitions. Communicate effectively with remote and onsite users to ensure they are prepared for and informed about refresh timelines and requirements. Track and document progress for each refresh, maintaining accurate records of shipping, installation, and any issues that arise.

Requirements:

Must have recent experience with PC refresh, swapping out old systems for new ones. Must have experience working well under deadlines (attention to detail, time management). Strong sense of customer service with both internal and external contacts. High school diploma or equivalent. Background check required. Drug screening required #IND123
