Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated L2 Pro Support to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical expert and primary point of contact for agents, providing them with real-time assistance and guidance. Support general chat functions, addressing queries and providing information as needed. Assist in handling escalated cases, ensuring a smooth resolution process for complex issues. Review and manage case support, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. Ensure agents are utilizing tools efficiently and effectively, providing training and support as necessary. Collaborate with the Team Lead (TL) and assist with additional tasks and duties as required.
Qualifications:
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience in a L2 support role. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
