$28-30/hr W2 and will convert to a similar salary range Background check and drug screen upon hire Job Summary Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues escalated from Tier 1 support, requiring more technical expertise to diagnose problems and implement solutions
Typical Day:
Analyzing Tier II/III technical issues related to hardware, software, network and applications, going beyond basic troubleshooting performed by tier 1. Working closely with other IT teams, like system administrators and developers, to resolve complex issues requiring cross-functional support. Identifying opportunities to optimize service desk processes and procedures, proposing and implementing improvements. May provide training and guidance to new Service Desk Analysts on complex troubleshooting techniques. Managed user access additions and changes and set security roles Create and maintain computer images. Oversee patching and software updates, including firmware updates. Administration of Office 365/Azure, DUO, InTune, UMA Virtual MFA management AD Domain clean-up – roles, GPOs, security groups, file sharing permissions
Education/Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3-5 years’ experience within a Service Desk environment. Two years’ experience providing operating system & application installations, upgrades, and computer imaging including virtual desktops, peripheral devices, and office productivity software applications; Azure AD, O365, InTune, MFA
