Someone that has experience supporting users on the following technologies: The Systems Support Technician position will support our customers’ technology needs from Desktops, Servers, Virtualization, Networking, VoIP, and Cloud technologies. You will be exposed to all facets of IT and not restricted to just one area.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software. Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically. Recommend hardware and software improvements. Track customer issues and document resolutions Documentation of client environments, processes, and procedures
Qualifications:
Must have advanced proficiency with Microsoft operating systems, M365, Entra ID, and Intune. Must have advanced knowledge of Group Policy, Software Deployment, and PowerShell Scripting Minimum 4 years of previous experience in IT support or other related fields for a business. Ability to build a professional rapport with clients. Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Positive and professional demeanor Ability to communicate effectively and bring up any concerns or suggestions. IT Documentation experience, IT Glue, or similar is a plus. Experience with project management and reporting. Ticketing system experience, Autotask, ConnectWise, or similar, is a plus. Must be able to pass a drug test and background check and have a clean Driver’s License.
