The best candidate will have prior telephone software support experience and either know their way around an auto repair shop or know a thing or two about auto repair. This may be a great position for candidates with experience working in an automotive shop and/or working on their own vehicles in addition to being comfortable on the phone and computer. Local candidates only please – we often have training and other activities at the main office. So, what will you do? Serve as the primary contact and be the “face” of the company for our customers throughout the US, Puerto Rico and Canada. Perform general problem solving and offer assistance on software applications, hardware systems and peripherals (printers). Accept subscription payments from customers & activate customer software. Accurately log and track calls to maintain historical records. Demonstrate software services to new customers. Answer support inquiries via email. Handle customer situations that need to be escalated to a supervisor. Research and confirm automotive labor times for customers. Helps with testing and debugging updates and new features before released to customers. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. •The right candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.•Additional consideration will be given to applicants who: Are Bi-lingual (English and Spanish). Have an ASE certification or above. Have CompTIA or Microsoft certifications. Compensation package includes competitive salary, 100% medical insurance coverage for the employee, paid holidays / vacation / sick time, retirement savings with employer matching, etc. This is a fully remote position with the following schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:15am – 5:00pm with a 45-minute lunch. As such, make sure you are comfortable working in a home office environment, sitting in front of a computer 8 hours a day answering support calls, testing software and completing research projects.
