Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware and software issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
• Set up and maintain computer networks, including LAN connections
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates and backups
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues
• Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operation of computer systems
• Assist users with software installation and usage
• Provide training and support to end-users on various applications

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Computer Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Mac OS) and office productivity software (Microsoft Office)
• Experience in troubleshooting software and hardware issues
• Knowledge of network protocols and firewall configurations

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
