What Makes You a Great Fit You’ve built your own PC or love tinkering with tech You’re a gamer or tech enthusiast who enjoys learning You’re passionate about helping others solve tech problems Responsibilities Provide remote support for client IT issues Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, routers, and servers Use remote assistance tools to diagnose and resolve problems Track and follow up on tickets within defined SLAs Document solutions and contribute to our internal knowledge base Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email Requirements Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and hardware Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Willingness to work occasional after-hours or weekends (with notice) Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus Compensation & Schedule Starting at $18.00/hour Shifts between 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM , Monday-Friday Performance reviews with growth opportunities Part-time to full-time transition possible within 90-180 days Benefits (Available Within First Year of Full-Time Employment) 401(k) with matching & profit sharing Paid training and certifications Paid time off and sick days Health and dental insurance options Flexible scheduling for life’s unexpected moments Additional Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer keyboard Basic hand tool use (e.g., screwdriver, pliers) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Vision and hearing sufficient for office work and communication
