Tech Support Specialist NLC Direct Fort Myers, FL 33901 Are you the go-to person when someone says, “Why isn’t this working?” We’re a newly launched company building from the ground up—and we need a hands-on, tech-savvy problem solver to help us set up, streamline, and support our entire technology infrastructure.
What You’ll Do:
Set up and maintain our internal network, devices, and hardware systems Assist with software installation, configuration, and account management Troubleshoot issues across systems (Windows, Mac, cloud-based tools, printers, Wi-Fi, etc.) Recommend and implement practical tech solutions as we scale Serve as the point of contact for all things tech-related—keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes
Who You Are:
A natural problem-solver with strong technical knowledge across devices, networks, and tools Familiar with both hardware and software support (including routers, servers, cloud apps, and email systems) Self-directed and organized—you’re comfortable figuring things out in a startup environment Clear communicator with a helpful, calm presence when things go wrong
