This is not basic support. You’ll troubleshoot across apps, software, and hardware , work directly with customers, and help shape the future of our platform.

What You’ll Do:

Support customers via tickets and calls — solving issues across web and mobile apps , payment terminals, printers, and other retail hardware Perform root cause analysis and escalate clearly to engineering when needed Document key account setups, unique issues, and resolutions for internal knowledge sharing Maintain troubleshooting guides, test procedures, and user help docs Identify customer needs and proactively suggest features, workflows, or upgrades Contribute to internal testing and feedback for new app features
