This role is the first line of support for internal users, handling a wide variety of technical requests across software, systems and devices. You’ll own ticket triage, endpoint management, and employee onboarding, while helping ensure the security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. This is an in-office role in Tallahassee, FL. What you’ll do: Provide daily helpdesk support via phone, email, and chat Triage and resolve internal IT support tickets Maintain and manage inventory of physical equipment Ensure endpoint security and monitor device compliance Administer Microsoft Active Directory (add/remove users, groups, devices) Assist in managing Office 365, internal Laserfiche systems, and ConnectWise Support desktop/laptop hardware, printers, scanners, and mobile devices Train users on key business applications Help with workspace setup for new and temporary employees Document technical processes and update job task documentation Collaborate with the broader technical team to achieve shared goals What you’ll need to be successful: Excellent written and verbal communication skills across phone, email and chat Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving ability Organized and efficient with time management and multitasking Quick to learn and support a variety of technical systems and tools Ability to work independently and as a part of a team 2+ years of Helpdesk or Desktop Support experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Windows OS, and server environments Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory Experience support desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and peripherals Familiarity with endpoint protection and inventory tools What you can expect from us: We really ARE more than a company!
