Description:
The ideal candidate is an initiative-taker who can balance administration tasks with support and project execution. He/she must be keenly skilled to meet demanding commitments and manage communications with/between management and end users. Perform hardware, system software, data and voice communications installation, configuration, and technical support functions both indoors and outdoors. The role is also responsible for assisting in designing, and delivering IT process improvements that are well-informed, optimized for efficiency, and enhance the overall end user experience. Evaluate and recommend technical hardware and system solutions for use on corporate networks. Support hardware and system software tests and installations. Assure proper operation and uptime of networks and other IT systems. Find solutions to technical problems and failures (collaborating with vendor partners as appropriate). Provide technical support to developers and, along with other IT team members, provides end user support. Coordinate and audit standardized operational procedures.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitors all computer networks, endpoints, and SaaS environments. Responsible for the uptime, proper operation, and problem resolution of all computer networks. Provide regular hardware and System Software Status updates as appropriate. Maintain and improve audio/video infrastructure and assist with ensuring events such as weddings and presentations go smoothly. Perform research of proposed hardware and software solutions and recommend solutions to support corporate business objectives. Coordinate and support all hardware, system software tests, and installations. Provide training to employees on relevant technology for the employee’s job assignments. Standardize, coordinate, and provide training on preventive maintenance activities, audits, backups, and recovery procedures. Coordinates with other IT and business staff in identifying and solving system problems across all supported locations. Manage and support printer infrastructure, including but not limited to, vendors, hardware, and internal endpoints. Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Acceptable Experience and Training Technical degree (bachelor’s degree preferred) Minimum two (2) years of experience in IT support OR any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
