Avaya Support Engineer Position Available In Miami-Dade, Florida

Avaya Support Engineer Seven Hills Group Technologies inc. 99 Alhambra Plaza, Miami, FL 33134 Avaya Support Engineer to perform Avaya AEP v7 to v8 install and upgrade:

• Responsible for all patching and maintenance activities of Avaya infrastructure
• Schedule patching of servers; perform patching, upgrades, rehydration, and other maintenance activities
• Ensure Disaster Recovery Exercises compliance and follow-ups
• DR deployment and synchronization
• Participate in Oracle WebLogic Servers, Apache, Tomcat configuration on UNIX and Linux OS
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems; replace defective components when necessary
• Troubleshoot common/known environment and security updates and issues
