Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Cell Phone & Computer Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience repairing electronics, strong troubleshooting skills, and a customer-first attitude.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair cell phones (LCD, back cover, charging ports, etc.) and computers (laptops & desktops, Windows & Mac). Perform hardware repairs (screen replacements, keyboard/motherboard swaps, etc.) and software fixes (OS installations, virus/malware removal). Provide accurate repair estimates and explain technical issues in simple terms. Deliver exceptional customer service , ensuring clients leave satisfied with the right solutions. Maintain detailed documentation of repairs and follow company processes. Stay updated on the latest tech trends and repair techniques.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
2+ years of experience in PC/laptop repair (preferred). 2+ years of experience in cell phone repair (required). Knowledge of Windows & Mac OS troubleshooting , hardware repairs, and software installations.
Soft Skills:
Bilingual (English & Spanish) – REQUIRED. Strong problem-solving and attention to detail. Excellent communication and listening skills. Professional, reliable, and self-motivated. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
