COMPUTER HELP DESK
Our company is looking for a Computer Help Desk Representative to assist in providing the company’s basic services through direct contact or indirectly via telephone, skype or email. Personnel in this category is expected to approach our customers with tact, courtesy and discretion to reflect our excellent corporate practices as well as through knowledge of company products and internal processes. The positions is subjected to considerable amount of independent work action.
JOB CLASSIFICATION INFORMATION ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities and qualifications:
Handle high volume of inbound phone calls, e-mails and faxes.
Must be able to work independentlyCustomer Service skillsResolve customer complaintsBasic knowledge of SQLMust be available to work on SaturdaysGood oral and written communication skills.
Perform other duties as deemed necessary to support other departments.
Operating Systems Windows 7, Windows 10, basic understandingData Entry to Computer SystemsSolving Hardware and Software issuesIT troubleshooting: (browsers, printers, scanners)Remote diagnostic and solution identificationNew computer set-up, configurations and upgradesE-mail configuration and supportSoftware updates and maintenanceHardware and software installation, configuration and upgradesInternet connectivity issuesGeneral maintenance and repairsCrisis resolutionVirus control and removal

QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of MS Office Excellent communication skills Excellent organization and time management skills EDUCATION and
EXPERIENCE
: Bachelors Degree.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and speak Spanish is a must, English is highly desirable and Portuguese is a plus.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel, Power Point is a plus.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
