Role:

Our client is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Technician to support their Enterprise Imaging Radiology and Cardiology solutions. In this remote role, you will deliver on-site and remote technical services to healthcare clients, ensuring the optimal performance of imaging systems. Your work will directly impact patient care by minimizing system downtime and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support & Maintenance Provide remote and on-site technical support for Enterprise Imaging Radiology and Cardiology systems Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues using diagnostic tools and technical documentation Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and compliance with service standards Installation & System Relocation Install, configure, and relocate imaging equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards Conduct system testing and validation to ensure full functionality before deployment Maintain detailed documentation of installation and relocation activities Customer Engagement & Relationship Management Serve as a technical liaison for healthcare professionals, addressing system concerns and providing usage guidance Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement Recommend system enhancements and best practices to optimize performance Documentation & Compliance Accurately document service activities, including diagnostics, repairs, and parts usage Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and internal policies Submit timely service reports, expense documentation, and part return forms

Qualifications:

Associate degree or higher in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of experience in field service, preferably in a healthcare or medical imaging environment Strong knowledge of imaging systems, networking, and diagnostic tools Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to travel as needed for on-site support

Preferred Qualifications:
