Miami, FL 33166 Job Summary We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support across hardware, software, and network systems. This role involves resolving IT issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of user satisfaction in both Windows and Mac OS environments. Key Responsibilities Provide first-level help desk support for hardware, software, and network issues Troubleshoot Windows and Mac OS systems Maintain and monitor firewall configurations Use ServiceNow to track incidents, requests, and changes Communicate effectively with users and document all support activities Perform routine hardware maintenance and support tasks Qualifications Experience in IT support or related field preferred Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and troubleshooting Firewall management experience is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to work independently and within a team
