IT & Infrastructure Support Specialist MiamiOur client is asmall but leading medical device company in the field ofnon-invasive neurological treatments. For their office in Miami,they are looking for an experienced and hands-on IT Customer &Infrastructure Support Specialist.

REQUIREMENTS1.

At least 3 yearsof experience from a small or medium-size company as a SystemAdministrator2. At least 3 years of experience in the management ofphysical and logical security systems3. Strong knowledge of HIPAAregulations and the

ISO/IEC 17799, SOC2

framework4. ADInfrastructure administrations (users/groups/OU/GPOs)5. Hands-onexperience with VMware / Hyper-V management6. A good knowledge ofmanaging network infrastructure, managing connections/ports onSwitches. Experience with TCP/UDP, VLANs, WAN and ISP7. ExcellentKnowledge in Microsoft systems – Windows 7, 10 and Office2016/20198. Ability to troubleshoot hardware and enterprisesoftware issues9. Outstanding written and interpersonalcommunication skills10. Outstanding client service capabilities11.High capabilities of independent troubleshooting12. Willingness totravel domestically at least twice a month to TXRESPONSIBILITIES1.Support the product IT & customer data security in North America2.Be customer facing with the sales and sales operations team to takethe lead and drive the product IT architecture and data securitydiscussions during contracting to a successful and timelyconclusion3. Complete IT security questionnaires, MDS2 forms, andother similar requests from customers, and walk customers throughthe documentation4. Lead US IT operations supporting officeinfrastructure & employees SLA in North America5.
