Responsibilities:
Firewall Administration:
Includes working on Fortinet Firewalls including Role, Policy Updates, etc.
Web Filter Administration:
Includes working with FortiGate for weekly audits, permission updates, software updates, status monitoring, etc.
Server Administration:
Includes working with the Department VMWare environment, Veeam backup and recovery, and Dell Compellent / Powerstore multitier storage systems, including quarterly patch management, local role updates, modified provisioning, etc.
Security Administration:
Includes working on RADIUS, Active Directory, State Law Enforcement Radio System background clearance, and handling the Department s Security Access Request process via Atlassian Jira. Specialist will be responsible for managing
D5-ITS/TSMO
user base.
Special Programs Administration includes:
Active video wall control
Road Ranger Mobile Application for service patrol dispatch
iVDS for remote camera viewing
Sun Guide for Advance Traveler Management
BlueMac for Bluetooth data collection
Maintenance Inventory Management System (MIMS) for maintenance dispatch and inventory management
ITS Facility Management for field device location.
SCCM / SCOM
management of Server and workstation infrastructure.
