The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and be able to provide exceptional technical support to our users. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency of our systems and ensuring seamless operations across the organization. Duties Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across various operating systems, including Windows Server and Linux. Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues, including VPN configurations and TCP/IP networking. Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory. Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of Meraki devices within the network. Document support requests and resolutions in a clear and organized manner. Communicate effectively with team members and end-users to understand their technical needs and provide appropriate solutions. Collaborate with other IT staff to improve infrastructure performance and security. Requirements Proven experience in providing technical support in an IT environment. Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows Server and Linux. Familiarity with VPN technologies and TCP/IP networking principles. Experience with Meraki devices is a plus. Proficiency in using Active Directory for user management. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively assist users. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
