Job Description

IT Technician Indigo Management Inc 11401 SW 40th Street, Miami, FL 33165 IT Technician Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional IT support, maintain our technological infrastructure, and collaborate effectively with both employees and management to ensure seamless operations. This role requires independent problem-solving, teamwork, and a commitment to enhancing our IT processes.

Responsibilities:

Provide first-line response and resolution for all IT-related issues through our support desk. Install, configure, maintain, and optimize PCs, peripherals, and network systems. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and end-user issues promptly and accurately. Administer IT systems, including user account management, licensing, rights, and security groups. Manage network configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Oversee IT inventory, hardware/software maintenance, upgrades, and procurement processes. Collaborate with management to identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions. Develop and maintain comprehensive IT process documentation to support operational efficiency. Research and recommend innovative IT solutions to enhance system performance. Support the implementation of IT policies, procedures, and industry best practices.

Technical Proficiencies:

Microsoft Windows / MS Windows Server VOIP telephony systems Office 365 (User, Groups, Mailbox and policy management) MS Outlook, Word, and Excel Salesforce Cloud storage

Adobe Acrobat MDM Education and Certifications:

A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience. Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ or

Microsoft Certified:
