Patch management Engineer

? We’re seeking a Patch Management Engineer / Implementor to join our team and ensure our IT infrastructure is secure and optimized. This 12-month contract role offers competitive pay
What You’ll Do:
Manage & Deploy Patches:
Create and deploy packages for Microsoft & Red Hat OS, and software upgrades using tools like BigFix and Tanium
.
Ensure Security:
Proactively monitor for vulnerabilities, test patches, and maintain detailed documentation.
Improve Processes:
Identify automation opportunities and streamline patching workflows.
Ensure Compliance:
Adhere to all company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate:
Work with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and troubleshooting.
What You’ll Bring:
3+ years in patch management or IT operations.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Experience with WSUS, SCCM, BigFix, Tanium
.
Understanding of cybersecurity principles.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Bonus Points:
Large-scale enterprise experience or certifications (CompTIA Security+, CISSP).
